Started working in the Manchester newspaper industry in 1972, later became a fulltime Officer of SOGAT until his retirement. Became involved in the NATSOPA Memorial Home Trust in 1995 which was later transferred to the GPM Trust.

Started work in the print industry in 1960, worked in a number of places in the London Region, and held a number of positions with the different Unions which went on to form the GPMU and later Unite.

Worked in the London Newspaper industry until retirement, also active in the trade union at both regional and national level. Since retirement moved to the Scottish Borders and currently volunteers in the local community.

Full time Officer of Unite the Union until her retirement in 2022 after 40 years of service, became a Trustee in 2007 until 2025 when Rose became the Administrator of the GPM Charitable Trust.

Currently working in the packaging Industry for a multi-national company, an active member of Unite, GPM & IT Sector at all levels. Joined the Trust in 2021 has experience from his involvement in other charitable organisations.

Started working on the Newspaper Industry in 1968, was an active member of the trade union until his retirement in 2010, and remains active in Unite Retired members’ section.

Started working in the Print Industry in 1957, later became an employee of SOGAT/GPMU until his retirement in 2004. During his employment with the Union, Keith was responsible for the administration for Rottingdean RRC and the GPMU Charitable Trust and became a Trustee in 2025.
